Our Vision
I founded Island Insulation on a simple principle: the standard for home health on Waiheke Island was not just low, it was near non-existent. Generic solutions, price-cutting contractors, and a complete disregard for the long-term well-being of a property were the norm.
Foil underfloor insulation was degraded island wide, and crawl spaces jammed with rotting timber, asbestos and mold.
While others were chasing new builds and racing to the bottom on price, we were focused on the established homes of Waiheke. These are not just structures; they are assets.
