Expol is a polystyrene insulation product that is rigid and fits between the joist snuggly. It is best suited for newer houses where the joist spacing is regular and the install can be quick and efficient.

We supply and install Mammoth Underfloor Blankets.
Mammoth blankets are a great solution when spaces are irregular or complex. The blanket is quickly installed with ~50mm overhang that is stapled to the joists every 10-30mm.

We supply and install Mammoth Underfloor Insulation Sections.
The mammoth sections go up to a much higher R value than the blanket range, with R values from R1.9 all the way up to R3.4! Double layer solutions are also possible to achieve R3.8.
With thickness options of 90mm, 140mm and 180mm double layer, it is perfect for filling the entire space between floor joists, providing the optimal clean finish!
