Island Insulation is eager to work along side building contractors to make their job easier, by supplying installing and managing the insulation required for the project.
The New Build Insulation Process
Initiation
Your new build insulation project starts when you get in touch with our insulation team.
Give us a rough brief and a copy of your plans detailing what you need to complete your new build and meet insulation standards.

If you don't have plans yet, or dont know what you need, we will arrange a time to meet on site and discuss your insulation options!
Planning
Once we have your brief and a copy of your building plans - we get to work making an insulation plan!

Within the week we'll send through our interpretation of the plans in a insulation report.
You let us know what needs changing and what you want us to quote.

Our team then quotes your desired work, and upon reception of a deposit we get to work.
Execution
PROCUREMENT
Our logistics team then goes to either an insulation distributer or the manufacturer to source your insulation materials.

STAGING
Our install team stages the materials where they need to go, either on site or at our storage facilities. This saves time when install happens.

INSTALL
Our insulation install team gets to work installing during the time frame allowed between other trades finishing and starting their work.
Closure
After all that we finally have the job completed and ready for closure!

Final inspections now take place and a final meeting to go over any complications or changes that need to made is had.
​
Proper documentation is made out detailing the work done and the insulation materials used.
​​
Once all deliverables have been handed over, the insulation project is closed.
